About the Client
Our client is an sizable well-known corporation with global presence within the F&B sector. Due to rapid expansion, they are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Employee Engagement Manager.
About the role
- Supporting the development and implementation of internal engagement plans and activities supporting company's engagement purpose, strategy and business priorities
- Contributing to the development of corporate internal communications narratives and lead on the planning and delivery of employee engagement campaigns and projects, including key messages, collateral and measurement
- Organizing middle to large scale of employee engagement activities, including but not limited to Annual Dinner
- Using measurement and insight (including employee engagement data) to inform activities and ensure focus on the outcomes
- Considering the external implications of implementing employee engagement campaigns and projects
- Managing external vendor relationships
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience gained in sizeable organizations
- Experience in organizing corporate events with over 1,000 participants
- Excellent communication and influencing skills is needed
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for a Assistant Manager role
