About the Role
- Develop and execute omnichannel engagement activities for acquisition and retention
- Maintain good relationships with members and handle inquiries/feedback promptly
- Manage and organize event/ activity duties
- Oversee training, rostering, payroll, and administrative tasks for part-time staff
- Manage members communication channels and database
- Responsible for supporting new service programs, monitoring campaign effectiveness, and cost management
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, or hospitality disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in agency, marketing, communication, or VIP serving, prefer luxury industry
- Strong customer service mindset, strong in building rapport and trust with customers and colleagues
- Excellence in problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skill
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization, presentation, and multitasking abilities
- Able to work in shifts on weekends
- Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
