About our Client
My client is a Listed Logistic and Transportation Company who mainly focus their business in Hong Kong and China. They are looking for an Engineer to join their team.
About the Role
- Lead a team to arrange and supervise all maintenance works on their office and other properties
- Involve in the stages of planning, organizing, coordinating and communicate with different departments and external parties (Government, Consultants and Contractors) for different projects, such as A&A works, Upgrading etc
- Assist the manager to review the standard of procedure on maintenance and other works to ensure work safety environment
- Assist the manager in annual budgeting and checking design method
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Engineering or other related disciplines
- 4 years or above experience in electrical engineering or maintenance and repair
- Prefer candidates with Professional Qualification, such as REW C0, H0
- Contractor and Consultant candidates are welcome
- Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
