To maximize capacity and identify growth opportunities for the future, they are now seeking for an Enterprise Solution Architect
About the Role
Reporting to the Director, you will be leading and influencing the delivery of cross-cutting capabilities that enable solution change. You will own the enterprise architecture vision, strategy and roadmaps from a business, technology and digital alignment, including 'as is', 'to be' and transitional states. As a team lead, you will ensure close collaboration on project implementation with project managers, solution architects, developers, business stakeholders and delivery teams and determine ways to improve current innovation. Identify and investigate new external solution opportunities to utilize and integrate emerging technologies to provide cost effective flexible solutions. Keeping up to date of latest developments in solution, theories and techniques to support the business in making truly enterprise driven decisions. You will need to understand the organization's ecosystem and its interdependencies, including reference architectures. Guide the organization to make appropriate business, technology decisions by recommending reuse, sustainability and scalability, to achieve value for money and reduce risk. Lastly, contribute ideas on systems and process methods to improve Information technology products and services.
Key Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computing or Engineering or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Solution Architect from the any industry
- At least 12 years of experience preferably from sizeable organizations
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, researching, evaluating and recommending new and emerging technologies
- Strong enterprise applications background, with an ability to grasp the big picture
- Significant experience of shaping and delivering technology solutions and deliveries, ideally in an Architecture role
- Good communication skills, able to articulate complex technology solutions, their purpose and value to audiences, whether technical or non-technical
- Project planning and specification skills, together with problem solving and analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with executives, managers and subject matter experts
- Good command in English and Chinese
