Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the events team to explore partnership opportunities
- Maintains contact with event planners, corporate accounts for potential corporate and product events business
- Assist Director in preparation of the events within approved plans and budgets
- Work with external vendor on the event production
- Work with HQ, local departments, designers and landlord
- Ensure all events production timeline are met with the calendar plan
Requirements
- At least 10 years of working experience in Event with knowledge of luxury fashion ideally
- Experience working with agencies on event production
- Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Solid experience to execute different types and scale of events
