Job Description
Our client, well-known global company in luxury retail products, is looking for executive assistant in 3-month contract role to support the vice president.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily schedule and provide full spectrum secretarial support for vice president
- Arrange travelling matters such air ticket and hotel booking via company designated travel agent
- Organize staff activities including booking venue and food & beverage
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by vice president
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant experience of executive assistant / personal assistant role (gained from luxury retail industry will be an advantage)
- Solid experience in supporting C level / senior management
- Good command on both written and spoken of English, Chinese & Mandarin
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS office, Zoom and Google Meet
- Strong sense of responsibility, energetic, presentable and well organized
