We are representing a well-known luxury retail company, they are currently looking for a Executive Assistant to support the Regional Director.
About the Role
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial & administrative support to the Regional Director
- Responsible for arranging and organizing daily schedules, business appointments, meetings, travel itineraries, travel booking and expense claiming
- Support on preparing agenda, minutes, presentations and proposals
- Handle business correspondences, mails, emails, telephone calls, document filing and other administrative duties
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks if required
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years' experience of executive assistant, ideally from multinational companies
- Detail-oriented, motivated and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
