About Our Client:
Our client is a leading food service group providing fast-moving consumer products and food services. They are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Founder/Managing Director who is young, energetic and passionate.
About The Role:
Reporting to the Founder, you are responsible for travel arrangements including air tickets, hotels, visa and visit agenda. Besides, you have to maintain calendar and meeting schedules as well as to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and workflow. In addition, you will monitor and respond to post and/or emails, prioritizing correspondence and using initiative to route emails to the appropriate individuals for action. Lastly, you will assist with ad hoc activities if needed.
The Successful Applicant:
To qualify, you should be a degree holder with a minimum of 10 years' working experience in HR. You should be enthusiastic, multitasking, able to work independently and detail-oriented. You should have good communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office application is highly preferred. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required. Native Japanese speaker with N2 grade or above in the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test. Applicants with good personality but less experience will also be considered.
