Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, events/activities and minutes taking;
- Manage comprehensive meeting and travel arrangements include visa matter
- Handle full spectrum of secretarial administrative
- Assist in ad-hoc duties when necessary
Requirement:
- Degree preferred
- At least 2 years in experience supporting senior management and administrative
- Detail-minded and work efficiently with independent personality
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Good command of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
