We are representing a consumer electronic company with steady business growth. They are currently looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to support the Chairman.
About the Role
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial & administrative support to the Chairman
- Responsible for arranging and organizing daily schedules, business appointments, meetings and travel itineraries
- Handle business correspondences, mails, emails, telephone calls, document filing and other administrative duties
- Responsible for household and personal matters such as social dinner & events, visa application for domestic helper, drivers arrangement and family trip planning
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks if required
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years' experience of executive assistant/ personal assistant
- Solid experience in supporting chief-level or senior management on business & personal matters
- Detail-oriented, fast response and motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
