About the Client
Our client is a sizable multi-national corporation within the Retail sector. To cope with their rapid business expansion, they are looking for a detail-oriented individual to provide secretarial support to the Director.
About the Role
- Responsible for scheduling and coordinating daily itineraries, including business appointments, meetings, and travels of the Director
- Prepare and distribute agendas, presentations, and meeting materials
- Provide instant translation support to the Director during meetings/ conferences
- Assist in report preparation by consolidating research data
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle business emails, telephone calls, document filing and other administrative duties
- Execute projects and carry out ad hoc tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor holder with major in any disciplines
- 3+ years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar secretarial/ administrative role
- Proven work experience supporting expatriates is a plus
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and organization skills
- Uphold professionalism when handling confidential information
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Intermediate or above in spoken Japanese
