About Our Client
Our client is a property development conglomerate in Hong Kong and Greater China. They are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant supporting the General Manager.
About the Role
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative duties to General Manager and related department on a daily basis
- Arrange monthly meeting, draft meeting agenda, prepare meeting materials, minutes, reports, PowerPoint presentation and take respective follow-up actions
- Maintain good communication with internal and external stakeholders on various assigned projects
- Engage with ad hoc assignments if required
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder with 8 years' experience in secretarial and/or team admin support
- Previous experience in Banking & Finance industry is compulsory
- Presentable, fast-paced and dynamic
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
