About our client
Our client is one of the F&B service providers in Hong Kong, we are looking for a creative and experienced Executive Chef (Chinese cuisine) for their client.
About the role
- Oversee and supervise the daily kitchen operations, hands-on, and require cooking daily
- Manage food costs, manpower, menu planning, inventory, etc.
- In charge of Chinese cuisine, serving meal periods of Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner for catering, events, and banquets from 2-20 pax
- Lead a team of 2-3 chefs with a shared kitchen resource, reporting to the Culinary Consultant/Director
- Provide creative menu ideas and drive the change to meet client's expectations and satisfaction
- Maintain excellent guest relations, passion, and able to communicate with the guest
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of senior chef experience
- Passionate in the food industry, good knowledge of the latest market trends
- Chinese fine dining experience with the 5* hotel group is highly preferred
- Experience with Chinese catering/ banquet/ large-scale food production preferred
- Creative, strong sense of ownership with a positive working attitude
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills with good command of both Chinese and English
