The Executive Chef will oversee and manage 2 kitchen operations (Japanese restaurant), and be responsible for the menu development in serving breakfast, lunch, tea, and dinner (both ALC and buffet style). The person will need to ensure the kitchen operations and products meet it company's standard of quality and regulations. The chef will be hands-on in engaging the group management team when they are dining in, other responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the kitchen production, procurement, food cost budget, inventory, manpower, etc.

- Minimum 8 years of working experience in a Japanese restaurant serving all types of Japanese cuisine 至少 8 年在供應日本料理(和食)的餐廳的工作經驗
- Proven track record in menu development 豐富的菜單開發經驗
- Applicants who are proficient in Cantonese are preferred, English and Mandarin are an advantage 精通粵語者優先，懂國語和英語更佳
- Positive attitude and good communication skills 積極的態度和良好的溝通能力
