寿司職人 - Sushi Head Chef (香港)
仕事内容
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director and working in the Kitchen Team, you are responsible for food procurement, creating new menu, and developing dishes and seasonal food products. Working closely with the operations team, both front-of-house and back-of-house, you will source both food and non-food items and ingredients needed for the restaurant. You will ensure your team deliver the highest food quality standards. Lastly, you will ensure a high level of customer service standard is delivered at the restaurant and managing the operational cost while increasing profitability for the business.

業務経験
- Minimum 5 years' culinary experience working as a Chef at Sushi restaurants
- Possess strong knowledge in Japanese Omakase cuisine
学歴
応募資格
- Creative, fast-paced, dynamic with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong back-of-house management experience with front-of-house management experience would be ideal
- Able to meet project timelines
- Native Japanese Speaker
