About the Client
Our Client is a well established Chinese Company with renowed multi-branded restaurants across Macau and China. To maximise capacity and identify growth opportunities for the future, they are looking for a Food & Beverage Operations Manager based in Macau or Zhuhai to support the Director in managing the restaurant business.
About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will provide executive-level support in all aspects of Hospitality and Food & Beverage management within the office. You will be in charge to manage executive decisions, oversee day-to-day operations with full P&L responsibility, sales & marketing strategy formulation and implementation, identify business opportunities and risk, maximise brand awareness and foster market development. Lastly, you will support and lead multi-projects in align with business plan and development.
Requirements:
- 8+ years' in-depth operational knowledge and management experience in F&B, in which 5 years in managerial level
- Strong business acumen with cost-conscious, result-driven and customer-oriented mindset
- Manage multiple stakeholders to produce an outcome within the agreed deadline
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and manage a team
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Strong business acumen with cost-conscious, result-driven and customer-oriented mindset
