About our Client
Our client is a Hong Kong leading facility services provider dedicate to offer premium services to customers. In order to expand their team, they are looking for a Facility Officer to join their team.
About the Role
- Report to Facility Manager
- Monitor and supervise frontline staff (e.g. cleaning staff, security) to ensure daily operation runs smoothly
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to organize a regular repair and maintenance
- Assist in budget planning, vendor contract and tendering preparation
Requirement
- Tertiary education or above with any related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' solid experience at property management or facility management
- Responsible, well-organized, good communication skills
- Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel etc
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
