Our client is looking for an field trainer to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Provide product and soft skill training to multiple stores
- Train sales team on CRM and customer journey
- Work closely with training manager on training guidelines
- Work with store manager to localize training plan depends in the store needs
- Support sales team for events and new season product launch in the weekend
Requirements
- At least 3 years of training experience ideally from retail
- Knowledgeable of fashion product would be an advantage
- Experience in using PowerPoint and Excel
