PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to present good taste level and fashion sense within the context of the Brand
- Ability to identify and incorporate trends into clothing lines
- Ability to draw sketches and develop samples
- Work with mills/vendors on continuity programs by continually offering newness in order to protect the business
JOB SPECIFICATIONS (e.g. Qualification, Job Experience):
- High Diploma or above in Design related education
- Hands on experience of apparel designing
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience in Sweater category is required
- Computer skills including Photoshop and Illustrator required
- Passionate, strong fashion sense, detail-oriented with creative mindset
- Able to build an effective relationship with various stakeholders
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, matrix global organization
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Fashion Designer
