Our client is a market leading optical fibre manufacturer and supplier with remarkable global presence. To cope with business expansion, they are now looking for a Field Applications Engineer to join the team.
About the Role
As the bridge between sales, client and product development, you will support business development in a timely and effective fashion. You will identify, design and document solution that meets customer's expectations, and be able to proactively demonstrate the relevance of the recommended solution to the customer. You will also provide technical expertise in supporting our company's products, timely response to technical enquiries to address customers issues.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering, computer engineering, Physics will be an advantage
- 3+ years sales/technical support experience in data center cabling installation or with optical fiber background
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
