Finance and Administration Manager

About the Client

Our client is a sports brand expanding their business in Asia and they are recruiting a Manager to support their accounting & finance, HR and administration duties for the Hong Kong office.

About the Role

  • Report to the Managing Director
  • Responsible for month-end closing
  • Prepare annual budget and monthly management reports
  • Ensure accounting procedures complied with group standard
  • Liaise with banks and external auditors
  • Handle payroll and other compensation and benefits matters
  • Take up administrative duties for the office

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of experience in Accounting, HR and Administration
  • Able to work with people at different levels and backgrounds
  • Energetic, detail-minded, independent and responsible
  • Interest in sports
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
