About Our Client
Our client is one of Hong Kong's largest NGO and biggest donor in the community and charity services. They are looking for a devoted Finance Director to manage the financials of this division.
About The Role
Reporting to the Group CFO, you will lead a small team in preparing the financials, business planning and analytics of this line of service. This is a highly engaging business partner role, supporting the executive team in evaluating the performance of the individual foundation and charities, introducing relevant management reporting tools, providing useful business insights and analytics to the operations team. You will drive certain KPIs in relations in measuring the success of the fundings.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in Accountancy or Business related discipline with a recognized accounting professional qualification. You should have at least 15 years of working experience of which 8 years of managerial experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required as this role will have a lot of external facing opportunities. You should have experience in large scale projects and cost control with proper governance. Experience working for a NGO or with the HKSAR would be a plus.
