Finance Manager
About the Client
Our client is a HK listed corporation with a very diversified business portfolio. Their core markets are HK and China and they have a strategic business development plan to strengthen their market position and maximize the synergy from their business lines. Currently, they are looking for a Finance Manager with strong financial analysis and investment analysis skills to join their team.
About the Role
- Report to Finance Director
- Support financial reporting and consolidation
- Handle budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis and sensitivity analysis
- Involve in PRC tax computation and tax planning
- Build financial models and conduct financial due diligence to assess investment opportunities
- Provide trainings for team members
- Support ad-hoc assignments assigned by management
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience from professional services firms and sizable corporations
- Good understanding of the latest HK listing rules and the financial impacts due to acquisitions and disposals
- Relevant experience gained from infrastructure/public utilities/manufacturing/telecommunication/logistics sector is a plus
- User experience of Hyperion or Flex systems is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and multi-tasking skills are required
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
- Immediately available is preferred
