About the Client
Our client is a Hong Kong listed fintech company. Due to new business developement, they are looking for Finance Associate to join their team.
About the Role
Reporting to group CFO
- Handle full set of accounts
- Advise on investment activities and provide insights to the business
- Maintain the financial health of the organization, forecast short and long term cash levels, ensure adequate liquidty
- Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met
- Manage the preparation of the company's budget, monthly management reporting pack and analysis of financials for business operation
- Liase with third-party services and IT service providers
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance or related discipline
- CPA/ACCA qualified
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within the Finance & Accounting field
- Person with Strong business acumen within the Financial Services platform, preferably with small-medium sized company
- Immediately available is a plus
