Finance Manager
About the Client
Our client is a HK listed Fortune Global 500 company. To cope with their business needs, they are looking for a seasoned Finance Manager to join their HK Team for group reporting and consolidation.
About the Role
- Report to the CFO
- Prepare the Group's monthly reports to the management team and Board of Directors
- Handle monthly closing at the holding company and consolidation level
- Manage the external audit/review process and prepare financial disclosures
- Support local and overseas tax filings
- Prepare information/reports to support CFO in the execution of projects and analysis
- Work with external professionals including auditors, valuers and other advisors
- Perform any ad-hoc assignment as required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
- HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience both from Big 4 and very sizable listed companies
- Experience in group consolidation, management reporting and tax is an advantage
- Self-driven, responsible, analytical and with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediately available is an advantage
