Manager/Senior Manager Finance
About the Company
Our client is a leading HK listed property developer with a vivid China expansion. To cope with their business needs, they are looking for an experienced Manager/Senior Manager Finance for their HK Heaquarter.
About the Role
You will work at group level and be responsible for leading annual budget and forecast. You will work on consolidation, prepare monthly management reports, conduct variance and KPI analysis and support the 5 years' plan. You will work closely with China finance teams to communicate on reporting or operation matters. You will support interim and annual reports and coordinate for annual audit. You will review and enhance existing financial policies and procedures as well as support process enhancement initiatives. Last but not least, you will handle any ad-hoc assignments as required.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be an experienced finance professional with at least 10 years of relevant work experience gained from Big 4 and sizable corporations in the commercial sector. Group level management reporting experience for a scalable China business is an advantage. Team management experience is preferred. Relevant professional qualifications such as HKICPA and ACCA is required. Excellent analytical, multi-tasking and communication skills are required. You should be confident, mature, able to deal with senior stakeholders and manage people at different levels. Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is compulsory.
