Finance Manager (FP&A Focus)
About the Client
Our client is a leading property developer with a strong business presence in HK. Currently, they are inviting a seasoned Finance Manager to join their Finance Department and cover their financial planning and analysis function.
About the Role
- Report to the Financial Controller
- Manage a neat team
- Handle budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Perform cash flow forecast and project review
- Conduct market research and feasibility study
- Work closely with different business units and provide analytics support for decision-making
- Involve in any ad hoc projects, e.g. finance transformation
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
- At least 8 years of relevant FP&A/ management reporting experience
- Relevant work experience from property development/ investment is required
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Confident, proactive and responsive
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
