About Our Client
Our client is a multi-billion dollar business with a diversified portfolio of investments globally. To cope with the upcoming growth strategies, they are looking for a Financial Controller to join their executive management team.
About The Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will have full responsibility of the Finance function in the Group and leading a team to perform the financial reporting duties as well as setting up a proper FP&A function to monitor its portfolio. You will be the strategic partner to the CEO and the Board, coming up with sound financial advice and providing them with appropriate business directions. You will be the key representative in handling any necessary treasury and banking related matters.
The Successful Applicant
You will be a degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related subjects with a professional accounting qualification. You should have at least 20 years of accounting experience and at least 15 years in a senior management role with business partnering initiatives. Exposure in buyside, real estate or technology sectors would be a plus. You should have strong number sense and the ability to carry out boardroom presentations and work with overseas affiliates. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
