Financial Controller and Company Secretary - IPO
About the Client
Our client is a well-established conglomerate with property development, property management and financial services businesses in HK and China. To cope with their IPO plan, they are now looking for a seasoned professional to be based in HK and take up financial control, company secretary and investor relations related duties.
About the Role
Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving the IPO project. You will provide financial advices for top management to facilitate decision-making regarding strategic business development. You will identify weaknesses in internal control, streamline reporting procedures and involve in system enhancement. In addition, you will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, financing and investor relations. Last but not the least, you will work closely with sponsors, lawyers and external auditors to monitor the project progress.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- HKICPA/ACCA holder
- At least 12 years of experience gained from Big 4, IPO and listed companies
- Company secretary and investor relations related experience is highly preferred
- Property development or property management exposure is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Committed, analytical and able to deliver under pressure
- Highly proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Immediately available is an advantage
