About Our Client
Our client has a portfolio of reputation chemical companies with regionally recognisable brands. To cope with the ongoing activities and future investment directions, they are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Director to join the management team.
About The Role
Reporting to the local MDs and CFO, you will be a true business partner to the business, assisting them on driving operational efficiency, driving business performance and work closely with the Finance team to understand the current business situation. You will work closely with the business leaders to monitor the business performance and achieve optimal financial goals. In addition, you will assist in any potential special projects, costing systems and new investment plans.
The Successful Applicant
You should hold a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with at least 15 years experience in sizable consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturers. You should have a strong track record in business planning, analysis and boardroom presentation. Strong communication skills and experience working in matrix environment is required. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
