Job Description
职责描述：
1. 全面负责证券公司全国的投行团队，重点打造大湾区精英团队。
2. 负责覆盖行业的日常跟踪，搜索并筛选投资项目
3. 进行行业、业务及财务尽职调查，参与基金的投资项目评估和执行。能够独立梳理项目数据和建立财务模型
4. 参与投后项目管理，对被投企业进行密切跟踪
5. 作为企业核心高管，管理团队
任职要求：
1. 5年以上证券公司管理职级的经验；
2. 拥有丰富大项目资源；
3. 目前或过往就职于知名券商优先考虑。
