About The Client
Our client is a fast-growing multi-strategy hedge fund, currently looking for an additional Fund Operations Manager to join as part of the team.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of Fund Operations, you will:
- Perform full fund operational support including assistance in trade execution, settlement, reporting and daily reconciliation
- Liaise with portfolio managers, fund administrators, custodians, and prime brokers on daily fund operational and administration issues, ensuring daily routines are handled properly
- Work with both internal and external parties to provie support on launching new products, new businesses and system development projects
- Maintain and review internal policies, procedures and controls
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- At least 8 years of relevant fund operations experience within the investment space/ hedge fund/ asset management firms
- Degree holder preferably in business, finance, accounting or related disciplines
- Experience with systems such as Bloomberg AIM, Efusion is preferred
- Able to work independently and self-motivated with good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
