10+ years Sales Management Experience

Our client is a fast-growing label which carries a wide variety of consumer products sourced from the international markets. A new opportunity now exists for a seasoned talent from FMCG to join them as the General Manager.
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the senior management, you will be responsible for creating business strategy, covering product portfolio sourcing, pricing, channels, and sales management. To accelerate the expansion, you will strengthen the sales team to further tap into retail, catering, corporate and e-Commerce. Owing the PNL, you will oversee other functional teams including finance, marketing, and sales admin to support the business growth. You are expected to be hands on and wiling to scroll up the sleeves to coach and guide the teams working towards to the business goals.
Requirements:
- University degree in business, marketing, and other related disciplines
- 10+ years sales management experience from FMCG
- Min 5 years general management with PNL responsibilities
- Strong network in key account, catering and food services
- Track record in scaling up the business in local and regional markets
- Hands on, detailed, flexible, entrepreneur and ambitious
- Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
