About the Client

An industry leading organization within the manufacturing sector with a proven track of success is now seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the General Manager, HR & Administration.

About the Role

  • Report to the Chief Operating Officer
  • Lead the HR department and oversee its day-to-day functioning, including compensation & benefits, employee relations and retention, talent acquisition and management, resources management and planning, performance management, training and development, records management, HR information system, compliance, etc.;
  • Partner with key stakeholders in driving the change and transformation of HR function in alignment to organization growth
  • Maintain responsibility for organizational compliance with Hong Kong and overseas laws and regulations pertaining to all human resources matters, such as employment legislation, payroll, tax, etc.;
  • Set the objectives and provide clear guidelines to the team in managing the daily services in all areas and drive;
  • Act as the business partner of the business unit heads and provide strategic counsel on all human resources matters;

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor and/or Master's holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 18 years of hands-on HR experiences preferably in sizeable organizations in which at least 8 years at managerial level
  • Experience in assisting business growth and expansion is preferred
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, PRC Labour Contract Law and other HR related legislation
  • Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Highly agile, able to multi-task and work independently
  • Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
