About our Client
Our client is a European based luxury members club renowned for providing exclusive experiences to their prestigious members and their families. To cope with their strategic expansion plans in Hong Kong, they would like to invite a high caliber General Manager to join their pre-opening team for their new club.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the General Manager will have executive responsibility for all aspects of the club comprising operations, administration, policies, procedures and budgets. You will monitor the performance of the club through verification and analysis of guest satisfaction and quality audits, and ensure consistency of quality standards being delivered at all times. You will also provide clear business directions for the team, and develop close relationship with internal and external partnerships to achieve business goals. You will also responsible for developing and implementing long term profitable growth strategies by managing financial performance, competitive strategies, demographic trends, and enhancing brand image.
- Minimum 8 years' experience working at a 5 star hotel or clubhouse, with 3 years' at a managerial level
- Pre-opening experience would be advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence a team
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is a pre-requisite for this role
