About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and managing a large-scale fast casual restaurant chain business in Hong Kong, you will manage a back office and front-of-house team to ensure the highest quality of food is executed and ensure the highest standard of operations workflow efficiency is achieved. You will implement short-term and long-term business strategies to ensure they are in line with group's vision and goals, and to cope with the continuous expansion plans. Lastly, you are accountable for the profit and loss for the business.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree holder in any disciplines
- Minimum 18 years' business and operations management experienec managing sizable restaurant chains, preferably with experience working in multinational companies
- Strong commercial and business sense, with knowledge on the lastest F&B trends
- Excellent budget management experience
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a pre-requisite for this role
