To cope with their continuous expansion plans, they are now inviting a Global Head of E-commerce to join their corporate team.
About the Role
Reporting to Chief Marketing Officer and leading a team of experts, you will lead the development and deployment of global digital expansion strategies across B2C channels, and to drive e-commerce business growth. Working closely with internal and external specialists in marketing, CRM, operations, and external agencies, you will formulate the best-in-class digital consumer experience which includes customer acquisition, conversion, retention and customer satisfaction across all e-commerce touchpoints. You will continue to identify new growth vehicles and strategies to meet or exceed organization's sales and profit expectations. Lastly, you will stay on top of new trends and technologies that will impact the e-commerce industry.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 15 years' senior management experience with at least 6 years' senior strategic ecommerce experience with a strong focus in the B2C industry, with China market exposure
- Ability to substantiate a clear understanding of consumer and media trends, and the development of global market strategies and campaign outcomes to ultimately drive a growth of customer and revenue base for the organization within a competitive environment
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to implement ecommerce revenue generating solutions, and be able to articulate and address complex business issues
- You are a creative and forward thinker, and a marketing and business development-focused talent
- Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team
