Our client is a leading local bank in Hong Kong and undergoing a transformation stage. To cope with the changes, they are and now seeking an experienced strategic assistant to support the growth.
About the role
Directly report to the GM, you are a strategic assistant to provide comprehensive range of high quality executive and administrative support. You will work with wide range of internal and external stakeholders on multiple projects to provide researches, analysis and strategic advices. You will act as a liasion and first point of contact with relevant BUs.Drafting proposal and reports as required in this role.
The Successful Applicant
To be a successful applicant, candidate should be degree educated in Business or relevant discipline, with 5+ years of experience from financial services. Management trainee experience in Banking is highly preferred. An ideal applicant is self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects across disciplines and work under pressure with excellent interpersonal and influential skill. Applicant should possess excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with both Chinese and English.
