Job Description
Our client is looking for a Manager to drive CRM system and digital marketing by working with stakeholders internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the CRM and Loyalty strategy with the right tools and technology
- Design the engagement platform to grow customer ecosystem
- Develop loyalty brand marketing strategies to increase membership engagement
- Work closely with IT team and external agency for CRM system migration project
- Work with Business Units to analyse customer data from online and offline channels customers segmentation
- Develop & implement digital marketing strategy and initiatives to drive business growth
- Act as an advisor or consultant to give suggestion on loyalty campaign
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Management, or related discipline
- 5+ years relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably with FMCG exposure
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading CRM initiatives from scratch
- Sound knowledge of CRM systems and platforms, with hands on experience in integration with ERP/POS and other legacy system and database
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
