Group Finance Director - HK Listed Company
Our Client
Our client is a reputuable Hong Kong Listed Company with a long history of establishment in the B2B industry, mainly engaged in business consulting as well as solution selling. There is a need to look for a Group Finance Director to join their management team.
About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a sizeable Finance team in handling the daily finance operations as well as handling the group level reporting, company secretarial duties and investor relations. You will be the Business Partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, coming up with strategies and providing them with insightful advice on business directions. You will be the representative in handling treasury and banking related issues based out of Hong Kong.
Job Requirements
You will be a degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related subjects with a professional accounting qualification. You should have at least 20 years of accounting experience and at least 10 years in a senior management role. Exposure in the B2B, TMT or consulting business would be a plus. You should have strong number sense and the ability to carry out boardroom presentations. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
