Group Financial Controller
About the Client
Our client is a well-established private company with a diversified business portfolio. Currently, they are looking for a Financial Controller to sit at group level to oversee a full spectrum of accounting and finance functions for the group's global business.
About the Role
- Reporting to Chief Financial Officer
- Lead a sizable team to perform financial reporting, management reporting, and budgeting functions
- Review financial statements and the consolidated accounts
- Conduct various financial analyses on sales, cost, KPI and investment
- Involve in process and system enhancement initiatives
- Responsible for oversee tax compliance and planning
- Responsible for year-end audit
- Strengthen internal control systems and policies to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Work closely with external auditors, lawyers, bankers and other professionals
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA qualification is required
- A minimum of 15 years of finance and accounting experience from Big 4 and sizable corporations
- Relevant experience gained in real estate investment, logistics, financial services is an advantage
- Self-driven, analytical, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
