Our client is a fast-expanding fintech business currently looking for a seasoned Finance Head to join as part of the Group level team overseeing the HK and PRC operations; inviting candidates with solid experience working for Big 4, HK listed company and/or financial institutions to be part of the committed and dynamic team!
Report into the Deputy CFO, you will assume full responsibilities for the group level finance team and financial control functions, whilst ensuring all policies, procedures and systems are aligned with business' short and long term objectives. You will provide full-fledged financial leadership on the overall financial and management reporting in accordance with IFRS, lead the group's interim and annual reports and statutory accounts of group companies. You will also serve as a business partner to senior management team advising on the group's financial analysis and growth strategies inclusive of investments, fundraisings, M&A, financial due diligence, treasury and risk management. On top of which, you will formulate strategic financial planning working closely with senior management on business direction and budget guidelines and be in charge of managing respective projects' timeline. You will also drive solutions and streamline existing corporate policies and guidelines and ensure they are in compliance with regulatory requirements. Ad hoc projects and assignments will be assigned.
The ideal candidate will be a chartered accountant with degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines. You will demonstrate solid finance skill-sets acquired from Big 4s, local listed companies and/or financial institutions. To qualify, you will have at least 15+ years working experience and also worked for Group level finance team. Knowledge and experience in HK and China listing rules and regulations will be essential; you will have strong leadership, hands-on and business acumen, and flexibility working within a fast changing environment. Chinese and English will be required, and immediate available candidates highly regarded.
