About the Client

A well-established operator within the Manufacturing sector is currently looking for a passionate individual to join them as the Group HR Lead.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's objectives and drive regional growth
  • Partner with regional leaders to understand their business needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support
  • Drive talent acquisition and succession planning initiatives to ensure a strong talent pipeline and support regional growth
  • Develop and implement performance management processes and initiatives to enhance employee performance and development
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to create and implement employee engagement programs that foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Oversee employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers on complex employee issues
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, address areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in full spectrum HR management with proven regional exposure across multiple markets
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business results for region
  • Experience in assisting the set up and or expansion of business from human capital perspective is a definite advantage
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational objectives
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior HR Manager
