About the Client

A well-established organization with a long track record of success specializing in component manufacturing is now seeking for a seasoned professional to join them as the Group Human Resources Director.

About the Role

  • Report to CEO
  • Act as key HR advisor for business operations across Hong Kong, China and Southeast Asia
  • Oversee the HR Department and its day-to-day functioning, including compensation & benefits, employee relations and retention, talent acquisition and management, resources management and planning, performance management, training and development, records management, HR information system, compliance, etc.;
  • Assist in the change and transformation of HR function for organizational growth
  • Set the objectives and provide clear guidelines to the team in managing the daily services in all areas and drive;
  • Act as the business partner of the business unit heads and provide strategic counsel on all human resources matters;
  • Assist in adhoc HR projects and HRIS system related to integration and improvement of overall HR efficiency

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor and/or Master's holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 18 years of hands-on HR experiences preferably in sizeable organizations within the Manufacturing / Trading & Distribution sector is preferred
  • Seasoned leader within the HR function
  • Track record of success in driving change and transformation for HR function
  • Well versed in Hong Kong, PRC and SEA / APAC Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations
  • Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Highly agile, able to multi-task and work independently
  • Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Occasional travel is required
