Our client is a well-established and sizeable local conglomerate. The business is undergoing transformation and hence looking for a seasoned C&B professional to join as part of the Group HR management team, to help strengthening the HR function.
About The Role
Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will take lead in the development of the business' C&B framework whilst working as an internal HR advisor initiating and proposing improvement measures to senior stakeholders. You will oversee the whole C&B function and responsible for a broad range of C&B projects including incentive schemes review and redesign, bonus reviews, job evaluation, salary surveys, and other annual exercises. Leading a small team, you will also review and evaluate C&B policies and procedures regularly to ensure market competitiveness.
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in Human Resources or business-related discipline with outstanding results. You will come with minimum 15 years of solid C&B experience acquired from sizeable companies and at Group level, whilst demonstrate a strategic HR mindset with thorough data-crunching ability. You will also be someone with good communications and influencing skills who can handle ambiguity. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese required for this role, and this role pays up to HKD70k per month. Immediately available candidates highly regarded.
