About the company
Our client is one of the well-established and fast growing retail banking groups in Hong Kong. To cope with their recent expansion, they are looking for a Head for their Credit Card Operation team.
About the role
Report directly to the Head of Operation, you will lead a team in managing overall Card Operation, Card Settlement and Card Authorization for the bank. You have to monitor operation procedure to ensure regulations and policies are complied. You will formulate and conduct operation streamline and enhancement to improve efficiency of the dept. In addition, you are also required to take charge in risk and compliance control as well as initiate projects to achieve operational objectives.
About the person
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- University Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
- At least 7-8 years of relevant experience in Card Operation and Card Settlement in banking industry with over 2 years experience in managerial level.
- Sound leadership, good project management and strong analytical skill.
- Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
