Job Description
Responsibilities
- To lead a team overseeing the credit approval and monitoring credit quality of the consumer loan portfolio
- To ensure proper credit control to mitigate potential credit risks
- To perform credit assessment, evaluation and approval of consumer loan applications
- To liaise with frontline branches on credit approval results
- To monitor and manage loans portfolio quality from credit risk point of view and identify necessary action for credit risk mitigation
- To enhance credit approval practices to mitigate potential credit risks
- To review, formulate and maintain in-house credit policies, related procedural manuals and credit risk control measures on regular basis to minimise credit loss
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years' credit assessment and risk management experience in lending business of the banking field, preferably with experience in portfolio management
- Strong analytical skills with sound credit judgement
- Good command of written English and Chinese
