Job Description
Since our client has an ambitious expansion plan in Hong Kong, they are currently looking to hire a Team head in Merchandising.
Responsibility
- Open-To-Buy management, pricing and inventory strategy
- Liaise with regional teams for sourcing strategies and product allocation
- Conduct market research on new product and select the right products
- Manage your team to drive product performance across the stores.
- Work closely with internal parties for maximizing sales
- Merchandise sourcing and logistics management
- Budgets and inventory plans
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in lifestyle or food merchandising operation
- Experience in new store opening would be ideal
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external parties
- Fluent in Chinese and English
