Job Description
Our client is a one of the leading department stores regionally. They are looking for a Department Head for food category in Hong Kong market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify partnership opportunity with vendors locally and regionally
- Source the right product base on the consumer behaviour and preference
- Manage a team to ensure the operation is up to standard
- Work closely with supply chain to ensure the quality of product
- Work with retail team to consistently collect feedback from consumer
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business related disciplines
- At least 8 years of experience in food retail business
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Cantonese is a must and conversant Mandarin a plus
