About our Client
Our client is a prestigious hospitality group with hotel, private club, and restaurant businesses in Asia Pacific. To cope with their expansion plan in Hong Kong, they are now inviting a Head of Client Development as part of the pre-opening team for their new members club.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager and leading the client development team, you will develop CRM strategies to foster member's relations and provide world-class customer to VIP members at the club. Create unique member's experience through the organization of tailor-made events, and closely monitoring member's behavior and preferences. Lastly, you will resolve member's complaints and handle any ad hoc matters if needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' high-net-worth client management experience working in any industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to develop and lead a sizable team
- Exceptional interpersonal and influential skills, with an approachable personality
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
